The Development of Isan Miangkham Rice

This research was to study and develop the product of Isan Miangkham Rice. The authors used RD6 sticky rice from Borbue district, Mahasarakham province, which had the high level of inflation. The authors mixed inflated RD6 sticky rice with Miangkham in the suitable ratio. The data for Miangkham and inflated rice were collected by using questionnaires. The results stated that Isan Miangkham Rice was standardized with the standard of Miangkham (1493/2016).
